A designer has also a hard work to do: he has to impress his public and attract him each period of the year. His collections have to be unique and original and catch everybody's attention. A well-known designer has to preserve his name in the world of fashion, because other and other designers come with new styles which can gain the public's interest. 

Likewise, a new collection implies a lot of work from the part of the people who make the clothes. There are many clothes which have to be made by hand and each and every detail can take a lot of time to be made. Therefore, these persons have to spend extra hours to finish the collection, especially when this is to appear at a certain date. 

So, if you want to choose a career in the world of fashion, you have to know that, except for success and money, this career also implies some efforts, like any other career, in fact.
 

Disadvantages of Fashion

There is always an advantage and disadvantage for what you do and choose. As I was talking about fashion and models even there is disadvantages in this field. Advantages of Fashion

Dreams of many people are based on working under fashion as it is the hottest topic of the season. Each one of us dreams to work in the world of fashion and being surrounded by so many models, designers and beautiful clothes. But does a career in the world of fashion have advantages or are there some disadvantages, too? Here I'm gonna list up some advantages.
We can first point some of the advantages that this career implies. Therefore, we can refer to the fact that a talented designer can have a huge success and gain a lot of money. This will permit him to travel to many parts of the world and also take part in different fashion presentations of the best designers of the world. The models can have the possibility to travel all around the world and present clothes, accessories, hairstyles and shoes for the well-known creators. Moreover, a good model can become famous when she appears on the frontcovers of different fashion magazines. She can be proposed to be the image of different products, especially for cosmetic products and she will receive a lot of money. Apart from the financial advantages, working in the world of fashion offers pleasure, if one really enjoys what she does. As a model you only have to look perfect and let others make you more beautiful for presentations. And the model's are also fond of their work. 

History of Fashion

Fashion design is generally considered to have started in the 19th century.During the mid-19th century, new styles in clothing denoted middle class status. The dark suit, in somber shades of black, grey, or brown, for men connoted authority, responsibility, and respectability. The sailor suit became an essential uniform for middle-class boys. Neo-classicism influenced middle-class women's styles of dress. A respectable, middle class woman did not expose her body. They wore their hair in curls or knotted like women in classical statues. Middle-class girls, like princesses, wore bows, ruffles, and pastels as a symbol of their distinctiveness.Clothing can express emotions. Black is the color of mourning, but it can also be the color of formal evening dress. Black clothing was sometimes associated with the satanic, but also with ministers.Some clothing has become associated with particular people or social groups. Abraham Lincoln is associated with a black mourning suit and stove-pipe hat. Elvis Presley is linked with jeweled white suits. Jackie Kennedy is associated with pink pill box Halston hats and well-tailored, if somewhat boxy, Oleg Cassini suits. Beatniks of the 1950s are symbolized by black turtleneck sweaters. President Jimmy Carter was associated with cardigan sweaters. Ronald Reagan wore a cowboy hat, a symbol of America's frontier heritage and its optimism.

''Fashion for Me''

My philosophy for fashion is  if its gonna make you happy, buy the dang shoes. You might die on the car wreck home,but at least you can wear them to the funeral. Fashion is all about presenting yourselves through fancy clothes, shoes, trendy bags, accessories, make up, cell phones and every single small thing which just capture's another eye walking around you. Even carrying a chiwawa in your bag is a way of being stylish. Giving yourself a new look and new sense of getting dressed up is a fashion. Fashion is not what you follow and copycat what other's do but its a way of experiencing and doing a every new experiment on yourself. We should read fashion magazines and go through the blogs twice or thrice a week but that doesnt means you have to follow the same. To some people who's having a lack of confidence, who's not satisfied for who they are and who never stops complaining then those magazines and blogs will help them feel bad about themselves. So try something new and let others follow you. This is what i think fashion is. For someone fashion is like getting skinny, trying to dress sexy and being seductive but for someone fashion means just keeping themselves clean, neat and naturally beauty. Every people have different views about fashion. 

As we all know fashion is something from which you can explore your personality. Men, women, kids and even pet animals they are linked up with fashion. As we know there are many brands which actually defines the standrad of human life and the brands like gucci, burberry, calvin klein, guess, zara, georgio armani, h&m, victoria's secret, LV, versace, etc. There are even such brands which everyone can use it in thier daily life and afford it in a good price. As I was talking about fashion, even those people who are  linked up with business work to holloywood to bollywood, doing their profession in the field of medical, politics, social work and even from different field is linked with the word fashion. Fashion is given more priority in rich countries. Being fashionable is the way of showing or exploring yourself infront of everyone confidentiely. The basic universal word fashion is always not the same it changes from year to year, century to century.        Well i'm turning 20 soon and I'm the kind of  person who is living in a world which has been running through out the mere of fashion. And  I recently started thinking about all the things that why mostly people follows fashion.
